It is 72 to 96 hours on weekdays for orders placed before 12 noon.

Do you ship outside the Peninsula?
No, unfortunately, shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula have higher costs, but we will work to be able to make the shipments later.
My box has arrived damaged or is wet. What I do?
Our boxes are very safe and breakages are very rare, but, if it happens, contact us through our email info@aceitunasaragon.com to find a solution.
In case of seeing the breakage after receiving the order, contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will manage the incident.
Remember that you have 1 day to notify us of the damage.
Can I return my order?
Send an email to info@aceitunasaragon.com, and we will explain the process, but do not send the product without contacting us and without knowing the instructions.
In the event of a return in which the product is not damaged, defective or incorrect, the shipping costs will be borne by you.
